Request Data Removal

• Account Data: Email address, username, and optional profile info if account creation is supported.
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics (for app performance).
• App Usage: Screen time, app activity, scheduled app use for parental control features.
• Health Data (iOS only): Heart rate, activity levels (collected via HealthKit with user consent).

• To provide and personalize app functionality (e.g. screen time limits, bedtime restrictions).
• To improve performance, fix bugs, and deliver updates.
• To notify users about rewards and learning-based achievements.

• HealthAlerter iOS & Watch app uses HealthKit only after your explicit consent.
• We access heart rate and physical activity data to monitor abnormal trends and alert users.
• No HealthKit data is stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
• Health data is processed locally on your device only.

We may use third-party services (e.g. Google Firebase, Apple iCloud, analytics tools) which may collect anonymized data. These services adhere to GDPR, COPPA, and CCPA compliance standards.

We do not sell your data.

Our apps are designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parental control features are managed entirely by the parent account.

• You may revoke HealthKit or Android permission access at any time through system settings.
• For European Union users: You have GDPR rights including data portability and right to be forgotten.

Our website may use cookies to remember preferences and track usage analytics. App versions do not use cookies but may log basic diagnostics anonymously.

We use encryption and secure protocols to protect all collected data. Sensitive data like health metrics are never stored off-device and remain under your control.
